Designed and constructed using all Mitutoyo's experience in CNC CMM technology, CRYSTA-Apex S features lightweight materials and an innovative machine structure, providing high motion stability, high accuracy, and affordability. The temperature correction function (16˚C to 26˚C), enables the CRYSTA-Apex S to yield accurate measurements in shop floor environment. In addition to point-to-point measurement with a variety of touch trigger probes, the CRYSTA-Apex S also supports contact and non-contact scanning probe such as the MPP310Q scanning probe and Surface Measure laser probes. Because of it’s the versatility by design, the CRYSTA-Apex S has been utilized for numerous applications in the inspection lab, shop floor, R&D, engineering, and manufacturing cells.

(relocation detection system), which disables operation when
an unexpected vibration is applied or the machine is
relocated. Be sure to contact your nearest Mitutoyo
prior to relocating this machine after initial installation.
